Delivery times / Shipping

Prices include shipping costs. The customer bears the customs fees and handling costs for customs clearance when shipping outside the EU. Dreisörner Werbeagentur GmbH is not responsible for delays caused by customs and shipping service providers.

The delivery time within Germany and the EU is approx. 14 working days, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery period for international shipments (outside the EU) is approx. 3 weeks, unless otherwise agreed. It begins with the conclusion of the contract.

As soon as the shipment has been handed over to the transport service provider, you will receive a tracking number from us so that you can follow the route of your goods to you.

Orders are usually sent by insured shipping with Deutsche Post/ DHL or DHL Express, UPS, Hermes or a similar company. The ordered goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.
